GENDER 101 will improve the availability of high-quality learning opportunities for adults by creating masterclasses, training and tools for adult parents and adult educators by which they will receive through this project and through the tools created.
The project therefore, also supports school education as adult educators and trainers who may also work in educational institutions can better support a more inclusive learning environment. These training tools will enable a greater understanding of gender diverse individuals also for learners and people in the teaching profession, and thus allow for the development of an improved environment which fosters diversity and inclusivity as key aspects within learning spaces.
