The final conference was held in Malta on the 14 May 2024.

The conference was attended by an around 100 participants, with people attending being a combination of parents and professionals working with parents and young people.

During the conference the results of the project were presented, together with inputs form each partner and experiences from a number of parents, professionals and other stakeholders during a panel discussion.

Finally, all project outcomes were presented, with a special focus on the the digital tool, explained in all details during the conference.
